it was arrogant to build on the wetlands. 36 million acres of wetlands have been destroyed since colonization. a deep tunnel was built in chicago in 1975, finished a few years ago. it was supposed to hold the water for 100 years. it's already full. the lake was formed by melting glaciers, and the glaciers are melting again at an unprecedented rate. now obomba wants to continue the colonial arrogance, building his fundation in the wetland of jackson park. arrogance will not make it feasible, though he is already succeeding in urban renewal by massive real estate speculation. people are being displaced by the speculators for wealthy new settlers, the obomba class. the process to assess the damage that will ensue has been hijacked by money and power, as has the whole country, but nature may trump the arrogant obomba fundation's plan. the lawsuit may be puny in the face of obomba's command of limitless funds, but nature eventually will accomplish the justice that arrogant humans deny. 
there has to be a culmination in this forsaken nation to the arrogant legacy of hubris, ruthless development, and unlimited theft. nature will be the limit of the limitless disregard of nature.
