we're always finding more than we are capable of.

was it first necessary to lose the first world
in phenomena to regain in reflection
the lost world
no longer a part of the world
but prior,
transcendent.

finally the setting sighed-
it was not something willed
that occurred.

like inevitably
language was implied
the language of self limbo
exhausting the horizon
til you appear.
it's not easy getting to know myself either.
it's painfully gradual.
it may not even be worth it
 even to me.

his consciousness does not weigh on things
nor things weigh on his consciousness
dude is a natural philosopher
to transform man's "technical" thought into spiritual activity
it will therfore be necessary to refrain
from presupposing the world
as a condition of the mind.

                               -levinas
the question of intersubjectivity. who you are gonna ask.

i think to be
i'm a thought
come to think
of
floating reflection
in a floating world.
transcendental ego.
radical suspension in parentheses, (pure living).
today i interrupt my interruption of a dream with a fragment of a dream interrupted. today i take my inside voice for a walk.
raport of presence, so to speak, between one almost beyond speech and one about to speak.
everything begins somewhere else.
80?-what the... i'll be danged...
happy birthday, tony z!
or what if you have only one body but two souls, or a bifurcated soul. what if you're just ambivalent by nature.
a well turned out girl on 55th street said, oh my goodness, he looks like a sweet wolf! i say to me he's a golden bear, but whatever works. i think i'm in love, she says. i think he is too, i say. and he doesn't have commitment issues, she says. not at all, say i.
what if you only have one life and then you die but in the life you grew many souls and they wend like dandelion seeds.
there is no doubt, least in fen and me, the world is not rational, and is in truth mystical in nature.
i gave elbert a sweetgrass sage bundle for his retirement. he looked a little blank. i explained trying not to be too meta that if he gets in any trouble burn this and it will help. he thought of death, said, i know two librarians died when they retired. i said well, i didn't mean that much trouble,

it won't keep you from dying, but it'll help you to live, i say. then i got a picture of it resting at peace in his everything drawer.
bone spring for mr.
we better start gathering our special stones while we may for soon they will pave this place and tomorrow our special stones will be concrete.
bone spring for r.
dear sinetists,
somebody told me fruit flies can draw dna from yer blud & then live in yer wall for years til you die & then put it in the blud of the next tenant. are they puling my leg? is that a kin of imortalitty?
yeee-haw, giddy-up there, hilde!
el- this strange passion.

ain't nobody here but us chickens.

it was good to see baby zora today with her new red too big hand-me-down coat with wet sand down the front i brushed and too big shoes one untied i tied and her mom didn't even have laces when you're a parent you can be more casual in parentheses. i being no father to none feel the strange compelling to be the universal uncle.

history is just fashion, and fashion is past.
i'm just a simple man
but the way i see it
a hater of dogs
is a hater of freedom.
deus ex machina dust knot eggs is.
the most pressing questions of the age.

in the immortal words of the sage chicken little,
oh, never mind...
you can't think of the world as a whole. the thought of the world-soul overwhelms.
you have to think of it in fragments.
what happens when the horizon you look on is an erasure?
were you ever the other?
dude. i was always the other. after the last pick,
i was the one left over.
the fact that there is total animal control, to the point of extinction, and zero gun control, to the point of extinction, is a dire sign of a civilization in deep shit.
happy retirement elbert!

happy birthday, rusty. dude. don't eat all the cake.
everybody wants to live together, why can't we live together?
trish thinks dogs caused the mass extinction of the birds.
who's trish?
fuck if i know.

she doesn't really believe that. her study is underwritten by her prejudice against dogs. she's a hater. haters gone hate.
went to lost wages, came back wearing only a cap.
ain't no gun control, just dog control.

 trump con troll.

 whatever shall we do.

 go to lost wages.
