i saw this about energy in daily om thinking about the energy in life and death and feeling bereft and wondering where does energy go, the transfer of energy between us, where does the energy go, he's been released and my energy is still here longing, increased. it's ok, more than that, it is wonderful, the energy he put in me is still alive and my longing finds release.
when i titled this energy release and then typed in en to search it and open it it came up second, and the first was titled, and now it's near the end. but i see it's ok and is unending.


There are extreme energy changes pulsing through the universe at every level and, of course, we are all part of the growing process and the growing pains. It helps if we remember that life is one phase after another and that this difficult time will inevitably give way to something new and different. When we feel overwhelmed we can comfort ourselves with the wise saying: This too shall pass.
