still viril, islands submerging. the water is high. parts of the path are water, the harbor is above the ramparts, boats can't get in or out. it may be hard for the existing structures and pathways, but i hope this becomes more of a waterland. it still galls me that the project 120 guy lied about completing olmsted's vision and did nothing but buy a yoko ono sculpture, poison the lagoons and chop down many trees. well, the water i dare say is coming, i hope before the obomba fundation breaks watery ground. it may have been hopeful to imagine he won't be able to build on water though, they build those gargantuan oil platforms in the open sea. whatever, let's just say it's all good and we shall see what we shall see.
