i asked her to go in with james for a picture or four. i think he's shy but 

also likes having his picture taken. i could be wrong, he could be quite 

annoyed. when we sang the birthday song he did not like the attention.

i don't know him too well but i love the kid. kids play a role i they're 

growing into, and they're making themselves up as they go along. when i 

look at james i feel some tug back to myself when i was six. there is no 

easy age for some and we always go back to certain ages. was christopher
