i hear a strange papery rustling on hardwood floor sound and i find the air plant by my bike front tire. the wind is mournful, now it brings rain. i take pictures of penny cat with the air plant, i put the air plant back in the milk glass i found with mister in the old eroded dump by the swamp by where pebble beach used to be and come back and my laptop is flashing right to left and i turn it off and restart and it says it added some updates and i try again and see and then i look at the pictures and they're all black. i still hear that sound and the wind though the air plant is back in its place. i try again and see i had the camera set so that the pictures fade to black—what a strange setting.
