i never celebrate july fourth bear oh yeah i blew some shit up in my yoot but now i'm less say dumb i celebrate juneteenth instead i admit i don't necessarily do anything but celebration doesn't have to be a fireworks display it can in fact just be a walk with a dog such as you or thinking about emancipation and what it means in a land such as this.

juneteenth was the holiday after the slave emancipation but many didn't know they were no longer slaves for two and a half years. 

slavery is still in the system, and it's still evil. it just morphs as the laws morph for the uses of power. 

bear we need to celebrate emancipation every damn day until it becomes real.
