when i put the memory card in the camera the screen went black and the camera died but pshew—i put the other memory card in and it lives another day. r. said maybe the thing can only take so many pictures... and then it dies? i say. i don't know if she said the ellipsis or if she was distracted, but in my current frame i think it's the same for the photographer. i was heading for the fire escape to get a picture of a stunning cloud opening but when my screen went black it quickly closed. i meant to talk about the double feature last night. i've been off beam all day.
