this morning i read that chicago is the most corrupt city and the word of the day is nimiety. a state of excess, a quantity much larger than is needed. it's the perfect home for the obama fundation corporate headquarters. think of a walk in the park privatized with impeccable security in the imminent domain of the excess of need.
