i saw chloe and wayne on the hillside, wayne with bucket and prong for trash and talking on headset so i didn't want to intrude but chloe was looking our way and suddenly broke free and bound for bear but we acted cool and it was fine then wayne showed me her leash, a combination of string and bungee cord and carabiner. us dog people are eccentric i notice.
