wow, it's one week til groundhog's day, and i haven't even pulled my new year rune. should i wait til next year? what if it's a bad rune? what's the dif? maybe i'll do it on groundhog's day.

i was thinking it's anthropomorphising but people really do resemble their dogs. not necessarily physiologically but spiritually (and in the spirit's shape). i grew to favor mister more and more. until he died, what then. maybe i still do if he's my inner dog. before him i might have wondered what my inner dog would look like and when i saw him i knew, so i'd be happy to be his face in the living world, and he can be mine in the ethereal.  

wow, it's snowing again. one week til groundhog's day, it could all be changed.  

i'm reading this book, the clerk. i'm not sure if it's funny or disturbing, no, yeah, it's both. i thought it was going to be a mystery with an argentine bartleby narrating his own bonkers story. it might be. let me know what you think if you read it but i'm not necessarily recommending it. it's funny-sad if you like tales like that.
