today is international extinction rebellion day. extinction was a word that was about other animals and far in the past, it was a histrionic word in human terms. no more. and we know now, it is painfully clear that government and industry serve extinction, and we are also the other animal. what is human? we were at war with nature and the animals. we are at war with ourselves.
It is our sacred duty to rebel in order to protect our homes, our future, and the future of all life on Earth,” Extinction Rebellion writes. This is not hyperbolic. We have, as every major climate report states, very little time left. Indeed, it may already be too late. (truthout)
