 i'm still working on the thing with (without) rex. s. mentioned the discord in me and i said it was in the situation and she said i didn't mean you caused the discord and i said you were right though, the situation got inside me. i let it in and closed the door after. this is the crucial point. to let our intuition function as protector and maker of healthy boundaries.
