if the appeal fails and the obomba fundation wins, it's the death of community, and the victory of privatization of the commons and corporate profit. obomba's community is wall street, silicon valley, the business elite. the same constituency he served in the white house. he's a deal maker. that was the basis of his presidency, and that is the basis of his criminal predatory land grab in jackson park. he epitomizes the arrogance of wealth and power. when i saw him declaim that he's fired up on democracy!, i just had to laugh. he's fired up on his royal scam, his giant white tower of power, and his mocking huckster hagiography.
