that's the way people are, they want an immediate response and then if the response is not to their liking they respond not at all. there's a lot of tit for tat, but there's not a lot of reciprocity. that's ok. i'm talking about a dog that i was possibly going to host. it's been two days and i don't think they liked my rate, which is really fine, because it's a good rate for me and i would only sell myself cheap if it were less, and i understand people have overhead and priorities, but mine are me, and the dog naturally, and not the kind of car i drive or going in an airplane on vacation without the dog. that's all. oh, and having the simple courtesy of responding to people who ask me about watching their dog, even if they want me cheap. no! this is not about mister! not at all, this is about a dog called spike who i met long ago in my building and this is the very first time they called. the precedent is set.
