last year we only went to the water fountains and the reflecting pool at the law school, all of them dry now. but we are wet and blissful and i'm soul happy for lu and me too. i would have been so bummed not to have a dog to swim with after mister and now i got two. on the way home we pass through the water tunnel (it's a tunnel of love) and then veer over to the engorged harbor. the trees are tipping over and the boats are coming in on trailers but i don't think they can get out. a mom and three baby ducks come and say hi and swim back and forth and fun lulu seems rather shy but i know she's having a soul good time.
