how are consciousness and numbness relating? maybe they dance free style. or like dreaming and waking. even before the modern world there must have been buffoons and blundering killers. the modern ones have brute power, but lack any subtlety or wisdom, their dominant narrative is stupid and it only fools the stupid. they have power and yet they cant control themselves nor people and they cant even control the stupid narrative. they've lost control. their power is explosive yeah, they can blow up the whole earth, yeah they're stupid but that's all they got. they only rule by threat of death and disregard.
