i'm a depressive. i was a depressed kid. one therapist asked how long have you been depressed? i said since i was a kid. she looked at me aghast, said i have to have medication now. yeah, still depressed. BUT i have some good qualities, i like birds and clouds and dogs and um, anatomy, and stars. it might be we get to see more stars soon, though maybe there's still light pollution. depressives tend to see the world through depressed eyes, even if they see clearly, and sometimes see too much. i want to see the light. i have seen the light, i've felt it drain right through me, too. i could drink light like water, you have to drink again like you have to sleep, and to tie your shoes. i'd like to have as much light as gravity. gravity can be light. it depends on circumstance. it doesn't have to be heavy. even this pandemic, there's light in it. we have to keep facing it.
