word of the day—consequential. the people of minneapolis paid 27 million for the chauvinist murder of george floyd. it gets expensive sometimes to kill people. it costs 1.26 million to execute one citizen by death penalty. i recall when a million seemed like an astronomical number, like stars. i wonder how much it's worth to maintain the status quo of the police state. it goes up and up with the consequences. heaven knows, i sure don't.
