it's a blizzard and i need to go across town and get my bills and pay at the currency exchange and pay my phone but it's the middle of april and all the trees are budding and all the flowers are up or were now they'll be nodding and folding but it can't go back to winter and we can't go back to the ill normal of before corona when the system was cracking under the obscene weight and now more than ever i vote abstain.

every body is weakened and bowed under the weight of capitalism. yet, there is a new illness – one that found a foothold in our immunocompromised bones and at the same time exposes the severity of that underlying sickness so old it’s etched in our souls. -eleanor goldfield
