i need to write something to fix my thoughts. sometimes i read and it goes straight out of my head — or down to the well. i'm reading about attention and my attention wanders. "complete attention is like unconsciousness." simone weil. that's true, when i get really zoned in on something it is like that. you can train your attention to be still and receptive. it's hard to pay attention sometimes, sometimes your mind just wanders, and sometimes it finds something to attend.
