i'm becoming redundant in little bear's life. i probably should have known. even if you have a dog for a dog's life it's just a little while. me and bear have lasted around a year. i've been lucky most of the time. this year a lot of people have seen their luck run out. this year i lost mister and comet and hilde and i considered myself lucky i got little bear, even for a while, til we see what's gonna happen in this pandemic year. now the pandemic is subsiding yet it feels like it's still here. it's still here, and we're still here, it's all undermined, nothing is clear. luck is not all good, it's just luck. i guess i've always thought don't say you're lucky you'll jinx yourself, you'll flip the polarity to the bad, but you gotta be grateful when you are. to be lucky i mean.
