piper is 7 1/2 months old and about the same size as charlie, but she's all australian sheepdog and seems a tougher breed, and she doesn't bite with razor sharp teeth. charlie's got some poodle bites fragility. i was cautious and wondered aloud if bear would be too aggressive but her mom said nah, she's tough, she may cry like a drama queen but she loves it. and sure enough bear pinned her down and let her up and she came bounding back for more with not a whimper in between.
