cloudlike dolphins.

me and r. walked through the gap in the fence of clarence darrow bridge and down to 63rd st beach. it was peaceful. we talked about obama's plans for the park, lamenting how the trees are disappearing in advance and the coyote shelter is exposed, the coyotes moved on. i thought of the time of mister there, in the park, on the beach, when we walked on the frozen waves. memory is everywhere. now i remember the first walk with mister and r. and his last days here in 15e. i'm grateful she got to love him and he got to love her too. the light fades so quickly, but the days are growing longer.
