what will we do if the screen goes blank? the government could do that, right? and we would have no connection anymore. have our synapses made new pathways, cyber-synaptic ones? and have these replaced the analogue ones? but then how would the government control the narrative. i bet if we were unplugged we'd get reconnected the old way, and if the wars and toxic extractions ceased nature would begin healing directly.
