um, the word of the day is legerity and blogspot don't recognize it. it's not soul hellish today, milder, less crazed, almost a peaceful bardo between shopping holidays. bear is still prey wild but it's not her problem, the leash is her problem, and mine, if she can get to the point where she's with me like lulu in an open space and won't vacate we can unleash her spirit. on good days i know we'll get there. dogs weren't born for the leash anymore than humans. we're all born to be free yet we make wars and prisons and austerity. legerity means

alert quickness of mind or body, all the wonderful qualities of little bear. today she discovered ice by jumping on the sea wall and skating. while we're leashed together we need to abstain from pulling across icy patches. we went to the model yacht pond basin and ran around and it was big fun and circle free.
