ok the word of the day is agonist. i didn't look long. it popped up quick. it may not be the right word but it is the chosen one. at first i scratched my head figuratively, i thought it had a different meaning when i read
an agonist is a chemical that binds to a receptor and activates the receptor to produce a biological response. in contrast, an antagonist blocks the action of the agonist, while an inverse agonist causes an action opposite to that of the agonist.                                                                            then i saw an agonist is one that is engaged in a struggle.
