he used to walk slowly when i called him to the bath, now i have to carry him or push him down the long hall, he's the soul of patience once he's in the tub, and happy as a clam to get out, though a clam would rather stay submerged. why do they say happy as a clam anyway, how could you tell if a clam was happy or sad, by the bubbles?
