we have to suffer and we have to grieve but i think we can be philosophical about dying as dogs are naturally. because we have language and anticipation, we may need the consolation of philosophy that a dog has without our human propensity. i want to be euthanized, i want someone to listen to me and help me, not now but in the fullness of time, i know it's a great responsibility, but it's right to do. i want to grieve with someone and then i want someone to grieve over me, with the acceptance of a dog and the consolation of philosophy.
