i took the harness off lulu the other day when we got soaked and then the collar and she looked soul good. i thought yesterday i'll take the harness off. i was feeling nice and mellow and sure. it was on today and i was feeling a little insecure. but at the tail end when we were lounging on the train embankment on the midway i took it off again. i felt secure again. just by trying. i thought how the dogs teach me that. if i'm feeling insecure, i need to feel that way, to feel my way, to try, for the dog's and my own security.
