harm is so embedded in the culture it's often difficult to even find the source. we can become as diffuse as the harm. the source is ubiquitous, but we can work on the whole culture of harm.
if we focus on doing no harm we may see how harm is being done around us. may we go from doing no harm to awareness of harm being done to nurturing ourselves and others.
