i was walking with lulu and saw wings cross overhead and land on the streetlamp right where lulu wants to veer jaywise to the green verge and i look at the garbage park at the stop sign and he's pointing up and stopping midturn to say excited you don't see that everyday and i say i love it and he says watch your dog and the hawk is watching us and i imagine lulu lifted aloft and flying away over obamaland.
