please look but do not ouch the mou.
mou may always be shy. no one knows what early childhood trauma she may have seen and beyond. even looking can produce the fear. some have irrational reactions to fear when they've been traumatized or been protected and never dealing practically with their fear which may become overwhelming phobia. hiding and denying or relying on a false sense of protection by police who actively create an atmosphere of fear and provoke real terror and cause real harm will not help anyone. we must be aware and not let fear break us down. the system itself is predicated on fear and overt cruelty, oppression and harm. we can only try to live within but independent of the false narrative of war for democracy and the feeble-minded wobbly construct of the dominion of patriarchy while cultivating peace and caring connections. some of us will ever be shy, because we've been taught to fear the bloody-minded of this criminal country.
clearly this expands beyond the purview of mou, nonetheless it's true.
