it's getting unbearably sweet with bear with the end looming next week. i try to not go there ahead of schedule but still the end is inhered in the countdown to july 1 walk 1, the last. dogs perhaps don't get stuck on duration like we do, but i think we both are in this anticipation together. she feels it in her way and i in mine, but it's the same shared event on the same horizon.
