i was watching democracy now about the book, a more beautiful and terrible history, and the film, king in the wilderness. it happens we're still killing our prophets and still killing for profit, and it seems we're still ruled by the same triple scourge of racism, poverty and war that dr. king decried. the devastation of the last fifty years. don't you ever wonder what the world would be like to live in if dr. king, oh, never mind.
