building light. i saw another world last night, the movie. it was exhilarating and crushing. it's funny the word occupy, how it works, it seems humans are bound to be occupied and to occupy. someone outside the occupy movement said how they turned the park into a ghetto, and they did have chaos and strife in the park society, but isn't that the way it is under occupation, everywhere. it was direct democracy, microcosm of the occupied in the park, the one percent looming and leering from the towers surrounding, many of them slaves of the one percent probably wishing to strip off their power ties and yell and dance and chant down the fake democracy.
i thought that occupy had lapsed and almost died, but the park was just the start, it continues everywhere, it could only start, and not be contained and controlled in the park.
it could not survive corralled in the violent police state, it's a people's movement. it goes where people go. 
we have to make another world in this one.
