that book really hit me in the gut. i suppose it was an exorcism for him. i remember going to see a healer in stinson beach. she pulled a ghost out of me and the next time i saw her she said she had that ghost in her for 6 months and stopped seeing people. yet the writer seems entwined with the ghost of molly for life. the book reminded me of somebody who haunted me back in bucktown. people are the ghosts of other people. i can't sleep. i'm starting another book.
