when we first met moon she was very shy of dogs. she stayed silent by grandma's side, and watched her brother who was scared of dogs suddenly realize he wasn't afraid of these dogs. now her brother is elsewhere and moon has come out of her shyness to love hilde. and now grandma is going home to her studio in boston and back to teaching. her role in moon's life will be different. she was here for these two years when moon came out of her shyness to love dogs.
