my foot was relieved by walking and swimming in the super cold lake. the bottom must have flipped up top. if i dove down i wonder would it be warm? everything layers. mister has been healing me for years now of a lifetime of various wounds and self-inflictions. the stupid ass construction fence was replaced, except for the throughway i made with my poor foot. but fuck them, let the stupid do what they will. we must navigate around stupidity. another thing america has taught me. lessons out of school. i'm still angry, but my center is calmed. i think i will be alright. 
we saw a lovely nudie at the beach. she waved with her partner as we swam to shore. what a paradise it seems.
