yes, we stopped the parking garage, but it's unclear whether we saved the midway. mr. spicer says beware they don't sneak some new utility into the midway. the land-grabbers are still afoot, and the paid liars are still out there, their eyes on the prize of open public space. they still have their massive boot print looming over jackson park. as in project 120, we know what they say on any given day, but that is mostly a diversion from what they are going to actually do. they are operators, they are land grabbers and exploiters, they are not working for or with the people, they are a private enterprise imposing it's will on the people and the people's legacy, the park. so we must not trust obama, we must trust the community. we must save our park.
