sara p. was wondering if her readers who don't live here could relate to the taking of our park, and i said they could relate because the taking is happening in many places, everywhere, to everyone, and because this particular green space is where her golden retriever, in fiction and life, roams, and for all the reasons beyond narrow human utility 
and arrogance, green space must continue, for all of us.
