maybe it's the winter light, it seems more of the image is becoming lichen now, though lichening is a slow organic process. it would be interesting if a mural could be made all of lichen, with algae and different color mosses, though it will be sad if this mural slowly disappears. the one on the other side was restored recently, where a fellow made an apartment before the city threw it in the garbage truck. i see he's back tending the place, without the furnishings.
