there's a guy smearing poop on cars the block club says has been terrorizing the neighborhood for years. haha, i may be soft on terror and soft in the head, but terror? i hardly thing the poop guy qualifies. hey, look at your tax dollars at work building shitty roads and bombing the shit out of hole countries. now that shit is terrorist.
