it's not the head of state alone that's mentally ill. it's the head of the mentally ill state. if one stops or tries to question the mental health of the culture one ends up just feeling mentally ill. it doesn't matter if the state is mentally ill. it's ones own state of mental illness one need be concerned with. one can be mindful to a degree within one's own skin, but the skin is porous and one cannot be immune to the roundup.
