a judge is required to be neutral.

i wonder why the plaintiffs were shocked that judge threw out the case against the obomba land grab. i can't stop thinking about it. i didn't realize til yesterday that he was obomba's judge. it's like having the police oversee the police, or boeing oversee boeing, or monsanto running the e.p.a. or the arms fossil fuel industry etc. running trump running the superpower of the world. it should be no surprise what we get: theft on the local-global, empirical scale. why did they think it would be different with the park?
couldn't they have requested a judge that wasn't in obomba's pocket? it makes no sense and a massive waste, unless they can appeal to a higher court and a judge that is unbiased higher up. but obomba held the trump office, he's the ex precedent of the sole superpower, and he still works the same game.
the story of this swindle will be told later after the damage is done, the money made, the people displaced, from the park and the community. it'll be the same old fucking story, and it'll still be shocking.
the thing that stuns me is not the corruption, we see that all the time coming and going, with each new occupation, what stuns me is we still think in our case justice may be with diligence and hope, obtained. maybe we don't see it coming, we think it happens elsewhere, to others, the unfortunates, like war, or cancer, maybe we only see what's too late to stop.
