this is my train of thought,
derailed by human wind.
(then i have the thought, i'll never see my brain).
anyway we go on.
animals we love-animals we slaughter
animals we eat, animals who entertain us
animals who love us, animals we humiliate
animals we experiment on, animals we release,
animals we cage to save them from humans
animals we remember
animals we forget
animal others
animal selves.
