the poisoner levy said i am a licensed state herbicide applicator and i repeat several times i am a state licensed herbicide applicator, i handwrite for the good neighbors my own personal sign saying my poison is deadly harmful to dogs and other living creatures, bewar. 
oh, he's a good guy the good neighbors say.
