remember that bug me and r had the day we went to see the bison? xmas day? holy moly—that seems ages ago. i was thinking what if we had that now, already leveled by the pandemic outside, and housebound. i'm so glad that was before! anxiety and fear we can handle, we can still be well. there's a point where we feel the fear so acutely it's like we have the virus in our minds. we have to allay that fear. 
we're going to watch a show on antarctica, or the nra. which do you think?
