i was doing this picture calling it slow down your heart when the computer crashed into a void. i found it again, saved as, slow down your heart. it's an omen. i forgot what else. i was going to say... 
oh yeah then i saw something when it restarted, kim stanley robinson, to slow down climate change, we have to take on capitalism. that seems to make my heart race and stop at the same time, but slow? it feels so futile, so vast and overwhelming. can people stop capitalism from destroying us? 
still even if it's only possible slowing down our hearts seems a good place to start.
