today i got the world broke in two and i wanted to read it then i thought you're going to abandon the second coming of the kkk, aren't you, and i smiled. should i feel guilty if i don't read the kkk book because it's happening again? is that crazy or what. it never went away.
so i read the story of the kkk, and it's so well told, and so familiar, not like dusty history at all, it shines a light on the present, as good history will do, and now i'm halfway through.
